All About Small Museum

The first time I ran fabric through a sewing machine in 2014, something inside me changed forever. It was an incredible feeling I couldn't get over, and I knew I wanted to sew as much as I could from that day forward. My name is Kara, the owner and designer behind Small Museum. When I began my sewing journey, I never would have imagined it would bring me to designing size inclusive sewing patterns. In 2014 I started making and selling children's clothes, and in 2020, decided it was my time to make clothes for myself and my friends, and that is when Small Museum was born. Upcycling vintage materials into new life was my first love with Small Museum, but as my business grew, everyone was begging for me to release my designs into the world, and so I did.
